2 8 oz. salmon filets
1 tablespoon Olive oil
Chef's salt to taste
¼ cup Yellow onions
¼ cup Sliced apples; (golden delicious)
½ Lemon juice only
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar

Directions

Note: This recipe is best if salmon is charbroiled over an open flame.

Charbroil salmon 3-4 minutes on each side. Saute onions and apples over a medium flame. Add sugar, lemon and cider vinegar and cook 2 to 3 minutes till apples and onions are tender. Serve mixture over grilled salmon.
