Fried chicken coating mix

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Onion salt
2½ teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Accent (msg)
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Ground cloves
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Turmeric
2 tablespoons Pepper
1 tablespoon Cury powder
1½ teaspoon Sage

Directions

Sift together 2-3 times to combine. Store in airtight container.

Should be enough to coat 4 chickens. Can also be used for pork.

Makes about 4-¾ cups.
