Fried okra with onions

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
450 grams Okra (ladies fingers)
3 tablespoons Oil
2 larges Onions
1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Wash the okra and pat dry with absorbent paper.

Cut into 1 cm pieces.

Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat and fry onions till soft.
