Fried pork chops w lemon and lime juice and cilantro

6 | mediums | Cut pork chops |
Salt and pepper; to taste | ||
Juice of 1 lemon | ||
Juice of 1 lime | ||
¼ | cup | Cilantro |
Directions
Heat an iron skillet to medium-high heat. Add olive oil. Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper. Add pork chops to the heated skillet and cook until well browned, about 3 minutes. Turn pork chops over and continue cooking for about 4 more minutes. Before removing pork chops from skillet, add lemon and lime juice to deglaze. Add cilantro and stir in pan.
Remove pork chops and place on a warm platter. Serve immediately.
