Frozen strawberry cream

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

1 | carton | (24-oz) sour cream |
1 | pack | (8-oz) cream cheese; softened |
1 | cup | Sugar (up to 1/3 cup more if strawberries are not sweet) |
½ | cup | Drambuie |
1 | quart | Fresh strawberries; cleaned and hulled |
Extra strawberries for garnish |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in food processor or blender until smooth.
(May have to mix in 2 batches.) Pour into stemmed parfait or wine glasses.
Freeze about 4 hours. (Freezing longer makes dessert too hard.) Let thaw about 20 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired. Yield: 9 to 10 servings.
