Fruit ice quencher (hl)

Ingredients

½ | cup | Sugar |
1 | cup | Water |
3 | cups | Fresh berries; strawberries and raspberries |
2 | cups | Light cranberry/raspberry juice |
2 | cups | Artificially sweetened lemonade drink |
Directions
Mix sugar and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Simmer over lowheat for 10 minutes. Let cool. Puree berries in food processor or blender. Press through strainer to remove seeds. Stir together fruit puree, sugar water, cranberry/raspberry juice and lemonade drink. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2" pan. Place in freezer. When ice is frozen, remove from the freezer and cut into chunks. Place chunks in food processor or blender and process until smooth. Return ice to freezer in freezer container or tupperware.
