Fruit sweet and sugar free - egg wash for bread

¼ | cup | Water |
Directions
In a small bowl or cup, use a fork to beat the egg and salt together.
Stir in the water. Use a soft brush to apply the egg wash to rolls or loaves just before baking them. Egg wash can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days if well covered. Submitted By JANE KNOX On 10-01-94
