Fruit sweet and sugar free - egg wash for pies, tarts

1 | Egg or 2 yolks | |
pinch | Salt | |
¼ | cup | Cream or milk |
Directions
In a cup or small bowl, mix the egg and salt together with a fork until well mixted. Stir inthe cream or milk. Apply the egg wash to the crust using a brush. Egg wash can be stored in the refrigerator for a couple of days if kept well covered.
