1 tablespoon Minced peeled fresh gingerroot
1 Thin slices fruitcake

Directions

In a bowl stir together the cream cheese, softened, and the gingerroot and chill the mixture for 30 minutes. Spread the ginger cream cheese on the fruitcake. Makes about ½ cup ginger cream cheese.
