¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
6 | cups | Cut-up fresh vegetables |
Lettuce leaves to line platter | ||
1 | pounds | Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled & sliced |
Directions
To make dressing, in small bowl combine first 7 ingredients. In large bowl, toss vegetables with half of dressing, arrange on lettuce-lined platter. Top with chicken. Serve with remaining dressing.
