2 | (6\") pita rounds | |
1 | tablespoon | Grated Parmesan cheese |
½ | teaspoon | Paprika |
Directions
Combine margarine and garlic in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave until margarine mlts, about 30 seconds. Split pita rounds and brush margarine mixture evenly over halves. Cut each half into 6 wedges and sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Arrange in a single layer on a baking pan and broil 1 minute or until golden. Serving size is 3 triangles.
Per serving: 40 cal., 1⅕ g protein, 1½ g (34%) fat, 5⅗ g carb., ⅕ g fiber, 1 mg chol., .3 mg iron, 79 mg sodium, 17 mg calcium.
