6 mediums Potatoes
6 Slices of bacon
¾ cup Chopped onions
¾ cup Water
cup Wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Flour
2 tablespoons Sugar
teaspoon Salt
dash Pepper
½ cup Celery seed

Directions

FAVORITE RECIPES FROM OUR BEST COOKS page 35 Boil pototoes in jackets; when done peel and cut in cubes; fry bacon which has been cut in cubes and saute onions in the bacon fat until golden brown. Blend in dry ingredients and cook over low heat until smoothly and bubbly. Remove and stir in water and vinegar, bring to boil, stirring constantly; boil one min. Pour over cubed potatoes and mix carefully.
