3 | Oranges; peeled & chopped | |
1 | cup | Strawberries |
1 | cup | Sugar |
1 | cup | Rum |
Directions
Fill a large lidded crock with all the ingredients combined. Cover; refrigerate about two weeks. Serve over ice cream or cake. As crock empties, refill and let stand, then enjoy rumtopf again. Almost any fruit, fresh or dried, can be used. For a lovely no-cook summer dessert, try this.
