6 Carrots
1 can Whole tomatoes
1 large Onion; cut up
3 Celery; cut up
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Salt
Pepper
pinch Thyme, marjoram and rosemary
½ cup Red wine

Directions

Recipe by: Amana Main Dishes - 1967 Amana Colonies Sampler Put raw meat in large casserole or roaster. Add carrots, tomatoes, onion, celery, sugar, salt, pepper and herbs. Add wine and cover pan. Bake in 250F oven for 5 hours, stirring occasionally. Serves 6.
