Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Italian sausage
3 cups Mixed noodles, cooked
Spirals, pinwheels, etc.
3 cups Chicken bouillon/broth
6 tablespoons Flour
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Oregano
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 packs Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

Brown and drain sausage. To thicken bouillon/broth, mix with flour; add salt and pepper and oregano. Add sausage to gravy. Layer in a 9x13 inch pan the noodles, gravy mixture and mozzarella cheese.

Repeat layers, as necessary. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 09-05-95
