Gimble's cheese torte/cake

Ingredients

Crust
2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
½ cup Melted butter
¼ cup Sugar
Filling
16 ounces Cream cheese-softened
2 Eggs
teaspoon Vanilla
cup Plus 1 tsp. Sugar
½ teaspoon Almond flavoring
Topping
1 pint Sour cream
cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Almond flavoring

Directions

Crust: Melt butter. Add sugar to graham cracker crumbs and blend with butter until well mixed. Put in bottom of spring form pan.

Filling: Mix softened cream cheese with eggs, sugar, vanilla and almond flavoring. Pour over crust and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

When cold add sour cream topping.

Topping: Blend sour cream, sugar and almond flavoring until smooth.

Pour over cooled cake. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Chill several hours before serving.
