Gina's mixed seasoning from trinidad

Soy Sauce | ||
Garlic -- (lot's of garlic) | ||
Onion | ||
Piece fresh ginger |
Directions
All ingredients should be chopped fine. Mix ingredients, except soy sauce, and store covered in refrigerator. Marinate chicken, beef, or fish with the seasoning, and a generous sprinkle of soy sauce over the top for one hour before BBQ. Note: Gina also used the seasoning in fruit. I like the seasoning best with chicken. You could serve this dish with red beans & rice, cheese macaroni pie, and fried plantain, with lime pie for to complete a Caribbean menu.
