Glad hand salad dressing

5 cups

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 ounces Blue Cheese
½ cup Hot Water
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
2 Cloves Garlic; minced
¾ cup Sherry
1 quart Mayonnaise

Directions

Melt blue cheese in hot water. Add salt, pepper, garlic and sherry.

Stir. Mix with mayonnaise until thoroughly blended. Chill. Serve in generous helpings over wedges of lettuce. This stores well.
