Hazelnut oil; 4 parts | ||
Balsamic vinegar; 1 part |
Directions
Mix the salad leaves and the olive oil and balsamic vinegar together and season. Chop the hazelnuts up finely and push them into the goats cheese halves.
Place the cheese carefully onto the barbecue and turn the cheese over so that on each side the hazelnuts are toasted. This usually takes 5-8 minutes.
Serve by placing the cheese on top of the salad leaves.
