Ingredients

4 cups Old-fashioned oats
1 cup Flaked coconut
½ cup Wheat germ
½ cup Sesame seeds
½ cup Sunflower seeds
½ cup Slivered almonds
teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Ground cinnamon
½ cup Vegetable oil
¼ cup Packed brown sugar
cup Honey
cup Water
1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
½ cup Golden raisins
Or chopped dried apricots

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients; mix well. In a saucepan, cook oil, brown sugar, honey, water and vanilla until sugar is dissolved. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Spoon into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Bake at 275 deg. for 1 hour or until golden, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely.
