1 pack Cream cheese (8oz),softened
1 can Eagle brand milk (14oz)
cup Sugar
teaspoon Cornstarh
½ cup Water
cup ReaLemon juice
1 teaspoon Vanilla flavor or extract
¼ cup ReaLemon juice
1 Egg yolk

Directions

GOLDEN LEMON TOPPING

In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand until smooth. Stir in ReaLemon and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Top with Golden Lemon Topping. Chill 3 hrs.

Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.

FOR GOLDEN LEMON TOPPING: In sauce pan combine sugar and cornstarch. Add lemon juice, water and egg yolk; mix well. Over med.

heat, cook and stir until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in margarine or butter until melted.
