Golden lemon chess pie

2 cups Sugar
1 tablespoon Flour
1 tablespoon Cornmeal
4 Eggs
¼ cup Milk
¼ cup Butter; melted
¼ cup Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Lemon rind; grated
1 Unbaked 9\" pie shell

Directions

Combine sugar, flour and cornmeal in bowl. Add eggs, milk, butter, lemon juice and lemon rind. Beat with rotary beater until smooth and well-blended. Pour mixture into pie shell.

Bake at 350F 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on rack.
