6 eaches Hard-cooked eggs
2 cups Medium white sauce
6 slices Toast
Salt and pepper
Paprika

Directions

Chop egg whites. Combine with white sauce. Season to taste. Heat thoroughly. Pour over toast. Pile sieved egg yolks lightly over top.
