¼ | cup | Sugar |
¼ | cup | Molasses |
¼ | cup | Egg substitute |
6 | ounces | Thawed, frozen OJ concentrat |
½ | cup | Rolled oats |
¼ | cup | Raisins |
¼ | cup | Chopped walnuts |
2 | cups | Flour |
1 | teaspoon | Baking soda |
½ | teaspoon | Ginger |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
¼ | teaspoon | Cloves |
¼ | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 F. Spray baking pan, 13 x 9 -inches, with vegetable spray. Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy. Stir in molasses, egg substitute, and orange juice concentrate. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Spread in pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool. Cut into bars, 2 x 1½ inches.
