Grannys on the grill

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 mediums Granny Smith apples; unpeeled, sliced
cup Golden raisins
1 tablespoon Canola oil; plus 1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon Brown sugar; plus 1 teaspoon

Directions

Cut 4 8 inch pieces of aluminum foil. Prepare the apples and place each sliced apple on a square of foil. Sprinkle raisins, oil, and sugar over each apple. Fold the foil into a package. Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 6 inches above the heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat to medium. Grill the packets for about 30 minutes until the apples are tender. Remove from the foil and serve.
