⅛ | cup | Margarine, Reduced-Calorie |
2 | cups | All-Purpose Flour |
1 | can | Evaporated Skim Milk |
½ | teaspoon | Baking Powder |
½ | teaspoon | Imitation Vanilla Butter-Nut Flavoring |
¼ | teaspoon | Baking Soda |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
1½ | cup | Dry Granola Cereal |
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 F. In a large bowl, combine the egg whites, egg, brown sugar substitute and margarine. Beat with an electric mixer on high speed for 1 min, or until the mixture turns light yellow. Add the next 6 ingredients and mix well. Stir in the granola.
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick vegetabke cooking spray. Using a small ice cream scoop, drop scoops of dough onto the baking sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake for 15 mins, or until the biscuits are lightly browned. Makes 18 biscuits.
