Grape pita sandwich

½ | cup | Chopped pecans |
½ | cup | Shredded Cheddar cheese |
8 | ounces | Lowfat cream cheese; room temperature |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped fresh cilantro; or to taste |
2 | tablespoons | Lowfat mayonnaise |
½ | teaspoon | Grated orange peel |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
4 | smalls | Pita bread rounds; halved |
Lettuce; optional |
Directions
Blend all ingredients except pita bread and lettuce; mix well. Divide and spread mixture into pita pockets. Insert lettuce if desired. Makes 4 servings.
