Grape pita sandwich

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup C seedless grapes
½ cup Chopped pecans
½ cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
8 ounces Lowfat cream cheese; room temperature
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh cilantro; or to taste
2 tablespoons Lowfat mayonnaise
½ teaspoon Grated orange peel
¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
4 smalls Pita bread rounds; halved
Lettuce; optional

Directions

Blend all ingredients except pita bread and lettuce; mix well. Divide and spread mixture into pita pockets. Insert lettuce if desired. Makes 4 servings.
