Grape spread - country living

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ pack (8-oz) Neufchatel or light cream cheese, softened
¼ cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter or margarine
cup Quartered blue-black grapes, seeded if necessary, and patted dry on paper towels

Directions

1. In small bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy. 2. With rubber spatula, fold in grapes until well combined. Spoon into serving dish or bowl.
