Great balls of whiskey

Ingredients

1 | Box vanilla wafers finely ground in food processor | |
1½ | cup | Pecans, also finely ground |
3 | tablespoons | Cocoa powder |
3 | tablespoons | Light Karo syrup |
¼ | cup | Whiskey |
Powdered sugar for rolling |
Directions

Grind the vanilla wafers to the consistency of sawdust. Chop the pecans until finely ground. Combine all ingredients except the powdered sugar in a bowl and mix with hands until well mixed. Squeeze and roll into balls about 1½ inches diameter, roll in powdered sugar, and store in an airtight container.
NOTE: If you'd rather not have the alcohol, substitute coffee for the whiskey.
