2 | teaspoons | Lemon juice |
1 | teaspoon | Dijon mustard |
½ | teaspoon | Corriander |
½ | teaspoon | Fresh ground peppper |
1 | teaspoon | Minced onion |
1 | Pureed garlic clove | |
1 | teaspoon | Paprika |
Directions
Scrub potatoes and cut into quarters, keeping skins on. Boil until tender, and coat them with the dressing which you can prepare in advance.
