Green bean pasta bake

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 ounces Macaroni
1 cup Onion; chopped
1 cup Mushroom; sliced
½ teaspoon Basil; crushed
1 tablespoon Oil
14½ ounce Stewed tomatoes; italian
8 ounces Tomato sauce
16 ounces Green beans; drained
1 cup Monterey jack; shredded

Directions

Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. In 10" skillet cook onion, mushrooms, and basil in oil until onion is tender. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce; cook, uncovered, over medium high heat, 5 minutes.

Remove from heat. Stir in pasta, green beans and ½ cup cheese.

Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour into 8 x 12 baking dish.
