Ingredients

5 | pounds | Trimmed brisket |
¼ | cup | Liquid smoke |
1 | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
1 | teaspoon | Onion salt |
2 | teaspoons | Celery seed |
2 | teaspoons | Worchestershire sauce |
Salt & Pepper | ||
½ | cup | Brown sugar |
⅓ | cup | Vinegar |
¼ | cup | Catsup |
4 | dashes | Worchestershire sauce |
6 | dashes | Soy sauce |
Directions
Combine liquid smoke, salts, garlic celery seed and 2 tsp Worchestershire. Marinate brisket in this overnight. Line broiler pan with foil. Place meat in this. Seal in foil. Bake 1 hour at 350*, reduce heat to 300* and bake 2 hours.
Combine brown sugar, vinegar, catsup, Worchestershire sauce and soy sauce. Open foil and drain grease from pan, pour sauce over meat.
Wrap foil loosely and cook another 1½ hours.
