Grilled bread with duck fat, sea salt and apples

1 | Loaf crusty French bread | |
4 | ounces | Duck fat; available at fancy butcher shops |
2 | tablespoons | Sea salt; up to 3 |
1 | tablespoon | Fresh rosemary; chopped |
2 | Macoun apples |
Directions
Preheat grill or broiler.
Cut bread into 1inch thick slices and grill until dark golden brown. Smear each slice with 1 to 2 teaspoons duck fat. Sprinkle each slice with sea salt, then rosemary. Serve warm with apples for slicing.
