Grilled butterfly leg of lamb

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
Leg of lamb
½ cup Extra virgin olive oil
cup Wine or vinegar
2 teaspoons Garlic,minced
½ teaspoon Mustard,dry
4 pinches Thyme, crushed

Directions

Have butcher remove bone from lamb. Combine other ingredients and marinade lamb overnight. Sear lamb on grill on both sides. Cook 15 minutes a side (approx).

Veggies are great on the grill basted with marinade!
