Ingredients

20gramsGreen pepper
2teaspoonsGinger paste; (10 g)
2teaspoonsLemon juice; (10 ml)
1teaspoonChopped celery; (5 g)
Salt and pepper to taste
100gramsRice; parboiled
Butter
1teaspoonGarlic; chopped (5 g)
¼teaspoonOregano; (1 g)
10gramsScallion; chopped fine
Salt to taste

THE HERB RICE

MIX all the marinade ingredients and marinate the fish in this mixture for a few minutes. Grill the fish till tender.

To prepare the herb rice : Heat butter in a pan. Saute garlic, oregano and scallion for one minute. Add rice and salt to taste and saute till done.

Place the fish on a bed of ragout of grilled vegetables and herb rice.
