Grilled fish fillets

2 | smalls | Onions, sliced |
2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice or juice of one lemon |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
2 | Green peppers, sliced | |
3 | tablespoons | Margarine or butter |
Directions
Cut fillets into serving portions. Place each piece of fish skin down on about a 12in x 12in sheet aluminum foil.Put a little dab of margarine or butter on each piece of fish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Wrap and seal fish. Cook on hot grill about four inches from coals about 10 minutes for each inch of thickness or until fish flakes with a fork.
