Grilled chicken fajitas (miracle whip)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
¼ cup Lime juice
3 eaches Garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano leaves,crushed
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
pounds Chicken Breasts, boned, and skinned
1 each Green, red, & yellow pepper, quartered
1 large Onion, cut in 6 wedges
4 eaches Flour tortillas (8\"),warmed
Sour Cream
Salsa

Directions

Mix salad dressing, juice, garlic and seasonings; reserve ¼ cup. Pour remaining mixture over chicken. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes to marinate.

Remove chicken from marinade; place on grill over medium coals.

Grill, covered, 8 minutes.

Toss vegetables with reserved ¼ cup salad dressing mixture; place on grill. Continue cooking chicken and vegetables 8 - 10 minutes longer or until chicken is cooked through, turning chicken and vegetables occasionally.

Slice chicken and peppers into strips. Fill each tortilla with chicken and vegetables. Top with sour cream and salsa: roll up.
