Grilled potato w/smoked salmon

Ingredients

2 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
1 | tablespoon | Finely chopped dill |
1 | pounds | Red potatoes, sliced 1/4 \" thick |
½ | cup | Sour cream |
4 | ounces | Smoked salmon, slivered |
½ | cup | Finely chopped red onion freshly ground black pepper to taste |
Directions
Combine oil and dill. Brush on potato slices. Place on grill and close cover. Grill about 3 minutes per side or until tender.
