Grilled potato w/smoked salmon

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon Finely chopped dill
1 pounds Red potatoes, sliced 1/4 \" thick
½ cup Sour cream
4 ounces Smoked salmon, slivered
½ cup Finely chopped red onion freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Combine oil and dill. Brush on potato slices. Place on grill and close cover. Grill about 3 minutes per side or until tender.
