Guacamole with cottage cheese

Ingredients

1 Avocado
cup Nonfat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon Chopped scallions
¾ teaspoon Jalapeno; minced
2 Cloves garlic; pressed
Salt and pepper; to taste
8 ounces Baked tortilla chips

Directions

Makes 1½ cups.

Put all the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.

The flavor will increase in intensity as it sits.
