Gumdrop tea bread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
¼ cup Sugar -- or substitute
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Mace
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
2 tablespoons Prune -- puree or margarine
1 Egg Beaters. 99% Egg
Substitute
1 cup Nonfat Milk
½ cup Raisins
½ cup Gumdrops -- diced, no black
Ones
4 tablespoons Flour

Directions

Sift all dry ingredients except the 4 T flour for dredging the fruit and candy. Add liquid to the dry ingredients mixing smooth; don't beat. Dredge raisins and gumdrops in flour. Add to the batter. Put in prepared lof pan. Let sit 20 min. Bake 45 min in 350 deg. F. oven.
