Gyoza (crispy won ton)

Ingredients

60 | Gyoza skins(or wonton) | |
½ | pounds | Ground pork |
8 | Water chestnuts | |
1 | teaspoon | Garlic juice |
¼ | cup | Green onion; chopped |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | teaspoons | Soy sauce |
½ | teaspoon | MSG |
1 | pinch | Pepper (even less) |
Directions
Peel chestnuts (if necessary) and mince. Combine pork, nuts, garlic juice and onions. Mix well. Add soy sauce, msg, pepper. Spread skins out and place 1 tsp. mix in the center. Fold and crimp. Deep fry until crisp.
