Haddock au gratin with broccoli

Ingredients

10 ounces Pkg frozen broccoli
pounds Haddock fillets
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Coarsley grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons Bread crumbs
5 tablespoons Finely shredded leek -OR-
5 tablespoons Finely chopped chives
3 tablespoons Milk -OR-
3 tablespoons Sour cream -OR-
3 tablespoons Light cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 425. Prepare broccoli until just tender. Place in greased ovenproof dish. Place fish fillets on top; sprinkle with salt. Mix grated cheese, bread crumbs, and leeks or chives together.

Blend in milk, sour cream, or cream. Dab cheese mixture over fish; bake 20-30 minutes or until fish tests done with fork. Serve with mashed potatoes.
