Directions
Recipe by: The American Heritage Cookbook - ISBN 0-8281-04-03-4 Cream ⅓ cup of butter until soft. Add, a little at a time, 1 cup confectioners' sugar and either 1 tsp of vanilla or 2 Tbs cognac or rum, stirring until smooth. Serve cold with steamed puddings or on apple pie.
