Ingredients

2 cups Shelled raw peas; coarsely ground
300 grams Paneer; cubed and fried
250 grams Tomato; pureed and strained
4 tablespoons Oil or ghee Grind together:
3 Onions
½ Pod garlic
½ Inch ginger
3 Green chillies
2 tablespoons Coriander leaves
12 Cashewnuts
6 Cardamoms
6 Cloves
1 teaspoon Coriander seeds
Salt to taste

Directions

Heat oil and fry the ground masala for about 7 minutes. Add tomato puree and fry some more. Add ground peas and keep stirring. Add 2 cups warm water and cook till peas are tender. Before serving add fried paneer cubes.
