Harvest hamburger casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Lean Ground Beef, browned and drained
1 cup Onion, minced
1 can Tomatoes with liquid, cut up (28 Oz.)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Potatoes, sliced
cup All-purpose Flour
1 pack Frozen Corn, thawed (10 Oz.)
1 pack Frozen Lima Beans, thawed (10 Oz.)
1 each Green Pepper, cut into strips
cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded (6 Oz.)

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, tomatoes with liquid, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Spoon into a greased three quart casserole. Layer the potatoes, corn, lima beans, and green pepper on top. Bake, covered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and continue baking, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
