1 | pounds | Lean Ground Beef, browned and drained |
1 | cup | Onion, minced |
1 | can | Tomatoes with liquid, cut up (28 Oz.) |
1 | tablespoon | Worcestershire Sauce |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | cups | Potatoes, sliced |
⅓ | cup | All-purpose Flour |
1 | pack | Frozen Corn, thawed (10 Oz.) |
1 | pack | Frozen Lima Beans, thawed (10 Oz.) |
1 | each | Green Pepper, cut into strips |
1½ | cup | Cheddar Cheese, shredded (6 Oz.) |
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, tomatoes with liquid, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Spoon into a greased three quart casserole. Layer the potatoes, corn, lima beans, and green pepper on top. Bake, covered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and continue baking, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
