1 pack (8-oz) noodles (I use wide noodles)
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
1½ pounds Ground beef
2 cans (8-oz) tomato sauce
⅛ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pack (8-oz) cream cheese
1 cup Cottage cheese
½ cup Sour cream
⅓ cup Chopped green onions
1 tablespoon Chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons Melted butter or margarine

submitted by: sgjg6566@... (Julie, Michigan USA) Hi everyone! This is one of my family's favorite ground beef recipes. Cook noodles; drain. Brown beef in margarine. Add the tomato sauce and Worcestershire. Combine softened cream cheese with the cottage cheese and sour cream. Add onions and green pepper. Butter a casserole dish and spread ½ of the noodles on the bottom; cover with the cheese mixture. Add remaining noodles. Pour the melted butter over. Add the tomato-beef mixture. Cook in 350 degree oven until heated through.
