Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Plain low-fat yogurt; any flavor
1 cup Lowfat buttermilk; or fat-free
1 cup Crushed pineapple in juice; do not drain
½ teaspoon Coconut flavoring
½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
½ teaspoon Banana flavoring; optional

Directions

Stir all ingredients together and divide into 8 small paper cups. Insert stick into each and freeze.

Makes 4 servings (WW: ½ Milk, ½ Fruit, 5 optional calories) 103 cals, 2 g fat (13% cff).
