Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
12 pounds Sirloin tip roast, trimmed
About 2 in. thick
½ cup Butter or margarine
1 tablespoon Browning sauce -- liquid
3 teaspoons Seasoned salt
teaspoon Pepper
1 large Onion -- sliced
3 mediums Green pepper -- sliced into

Directions

Cut into 15 portions; place each on a piece of aluminum foil. In a saucepan melt butter; stir in browning sauce. Pover over roasts.

Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Arrange onion and green pepper on roasts. Seal foil; plce pouchers in roasting pan. Bake at 350 deg. for 2 to 2½ hours. Yield; 12 to 15 servings.
