Hearty minestrone 2

Ingredients

½ | pounds | Italian sausage, mild |
1 | cup | Onions -- chopped |
2 | Cloves garlic -- crushed | |
2 | cans | Beef broth (14.5 oz) |
15 | ounces | Garbanzo beans |
8 | ounces | Tomato sauce |
1 | cup | Sauerkraut -- drained |
½ | cup | Pasta, small |
1 | teaspoon | Italian seasoning |
½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
2 | cups | Zucchini -- sliced |
Directions
Brown meat, onions and garlic in 3 quart saucepan. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except zucchini. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 minutes. Add zucchini. Simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is cooked. Serve with crusty italian bread if desired. 305 calories and 6 grams fat.
