Herb fruit salad with mint sorbet

300 | millilitres | Fresh orange juice; (1/2 pint) |
1 | tablespoon | Chopped thyme |
1 | tablespoon | Chopped lemon balm |
1 | teaspoon | Chopped mint |
Fresh mint leaves | ||
4 | Scoops mint sorbet |
Directions
TO DECORATE
1. Mix all the fruit together and pour the juice over it.
2. Stir in the chopped herbs and chill for several hours before serving.
3. Serve each helping with a scoop of mint sorbet in the middle, and some cream if you like, and decorate the dessert with a few mint leaves.
